Right to Living Space
Every person has an inherent right to the necessary space for life — Lokvita. This right is not granted by the state and cannot be revoked on the basis of property or economic status.
To live is to have a place to be
Lokvita is the innate, inalienable, and inviolable space of a human life.
Every living being exists bodily and needs its own habitat. The human is no exception. Lokvita belongs by birth and must not depend only on property, income, or social status.
A space of life, not an object of property
A house and land may be material forms of Lokvita, but not Lokvita itself. Primary is the right to the necessary space of life.
Natural foundation
Life arises before the state. If a person lives — a place to be is already necessary. The right to be does not end with social status.
Short Manifesto
The right to Lokvita belongs by birth; it is inviolable; the minimally necessary space of life must not depend only on ability to pay; states recognize this right; boundaries are mutual; peace begins with recognizing another’s Lokvita.
Personal KON
KON — Con of Own Norms. The person forms it by accepting and creating norms. Administration does not issue or rewrite another’s KON.
How ZaKON arises
ZaKON is the exact intersection of norm editions present at once in every active member’s KON (Con of Own Norms).
KONation
A member may offer an exact edition of their norm to all members. Others accept it voluntarily — not by majority.

Organization ZaKON
This ZaKON is formed automatically from norms in each active member’s personal KON. An administrator cannot put a norm into ZaKON or remove it by hand.
Reciprocity of Boundaries
One person's Lokvita cannot be realized through the destruction of another person's Lokvita. Respect for another person's place to exist is a prerequisite for peace.
ZaKON as Intersection
The ZaKON of the organization is the exact intersection of the wording of norms that are simultaneously present in the KON of every active member. ZaKON is never edited manually.
Mission
To research, formulate precisely, and seek legal recognition of the primary right to a space of life — in national and international law.
The path
First a person builds a personal KON. Membership follows alignment with ZaKON, an explicit statement, and a sponsor.

Lokvita

A figurative name for a person’s inviolable dwelling-place of life.
KON
Con of Own Norms — a personal, voluntary set of norms by which a person defines the measure of relation to life, self, others, and the organization. Only the owner changes their KON.
Norm
A person’s expressed statement of an admissible measure of relation. Fixed as the pair norm_id + norm_version_id.
KONstruct
The set of norms available for study and voluntary acceptance. KONstruct is not ZaKON.
KON-context
A machine-readable snapshot of the exact intersection of active members’ personal KONs at a moment in time.
