Lokvita

The innate, inalienable, and inviolable space of a human life. It follows from bodily existence, not from property or status.

Cheloveinik

A figurative name for a person’s inviolable dwelling-place of life.

KON

Con of Own Norms — a personal, voluntary set of norms by which a person defines the measure of relation to life, self, others, and the organization. Only the owner changes their KON.

Norm

A person’s expressed statement of an admissible measure of relation. Fixed as the pair norm_id + norm_version_id.

KONstruct

The set of norms available for study and voluntary acceptance. KONstruct is not ZaKON.

KON-context

A machine-readable snapshot of the exact intersection of active members’ personal KONs at a moment in time.

ZaKON

The public normative form of the current KON-context: norms present, in the same fixed edition, in every active member’s KON.

KONation

An active member’s offer of an exact edition of their own norm to all other active members for voluntary acceptance. Not majority voting.

Participant

A registered person with a cabinet. Registration creates a participant, not a member.

Member

A participant who has accepted the full current ZaKON in exact editions, explicitly confirmed entry, and been affirmed by a sponsor.

Curator

A member who provides primary accompaniment. Distinct from sponsor (may be the same person).

Sponsor

A member who accompanies the path to membership and affirms its completion. Does not appoint ZaKON or change another’s KON.

Good

Will and action that support or restore the conditions of life.

Evil

Will and action that make the preservation of life impossible.

Justice

Restoration of a violated measure of life.
