KONstruct is the set of available norms: ZaKON, open participant norms, norms under KONation. KONstruct does not mean everyone agrees with every norm.
KONation
KONation is a member’s offer of an exact edition of their own norm to all active members for voluntary acceptance. It is not majority voting and not an administrative decision.
